Our Story

For years, every vacation we took included a side hobby—browsing Zillow listings and daydreaming about buying property instead of heading home. After 15 years of casually exploring real estate markets, we realized that our love for real estate and vacation rentals wasn’t just a dream—it could be a business. That’s when we took the plunge and purchased our first vacation rental in Pittsburg, NH, after years of careful consideration.
 

This decision opened up an entirely new world for us. We’ve since dedicated countless hours to learning everything we could about property management and vacation rentals, from joining groups and working with coaches to devouring books, podcasts, and learning from peers (and a few mistakes along the way).
 

In 2024, Tricia had the chance to fully dive into her passion for real estate by obtaining her real estate license in New Hampshire. Now working with eXp Realty and supported by a team of expert coaches, she’s eager to help others begin their own real estate investment journeys.
